I'm not as young as I used to be. Will I still be able to do this?

I'm overweight. Will I still be able to do these exercises?
Of course you will! Simply do what you can and do your best. It's about progress, not perfection. The goal is to attack back pain at the source and strengthen the surrounding muscles to help ease occasional, minor pain.
I Haven't worked out in a long time. I know these exercises are for your back, but will they be too hard for me?

Does this require any weights or equipment?

I have arthritis. Can I do this?
Absolutely! Just like I advise people with bad backs, just take your time and start slowly. You'll be able to build up as you continue to exercise but I always recommend consulting with your physician before starting a new program.
